I can't thank you enough for the wonderful customer service I have received rom your company. You have really bent over backwards to help me out.

I just want everyone to know that this testamonial comes completely unsolicited from anyone at d9 hosting. I have used other hosting companies in the past and I have never received the kind of support I have had from d9.

Paula has gone above and beyond to help me out of a situation I put myself in. I literally did not know what I was doing but I tried it anyways and I ended up losing my entire blog. I had put so much work into my blog and I was absolutely sick to my stomach when I realized I had made such an error.

I realy did not know what to do and I thought I would have to start all over again, but I decided I would just try to see if d9 my hosting company could help me out in anyway. I honestly thought they would just tell me it was gone and I would have to start all over again.

But that is not what happened, without any delay at all they had gone into my webspace and looked around for the problem and literally within 2 hours of my desperate e-mail I received a message from Paula telling me that they fixed the problem and recovered my blog.

Their service is so incredible, they could have just told me how to fix the problem (which I probably would not have understood) but they did not do that. They took their own time to go in and fix the mess I created and they recovered my blog. They did all this and they actually thanked me for contacting them! Never will you find a hosting service that will offer that kind of customer service.
