This means that if you are unhappy with our web hosting services within the first 30 days, you may cancel at any time and we will refund in full the price of your hosting, less any domain registration or additional service charges.

Should you continue your web hosting beyond this date you will continue to be subject to our Terms of Service.

This guarantee does not extend to domain registration fees or additional service fees, e.g. installation services, SSL certificates etc. Neither does it apply to reseller or hybrid packages, dedicated servers or VPS.

If a domain name was included in your hosting package, the cost of this will be deducted from your refund. The domain will be registered in your name for the term that you originally registered it for (min 1 year). You will retain full management of the domain through your client area and you can point the nameservers or transfer it to the provider of your choice.
